The health care system of the region is represented by following organizations:
- the central regional hospital (235 beds) with 4 feldsher-midwife stations;
- the Urechye divisional hospital (25 beds) with a feldsher-midwife station;
- 7 ambulance stations with 6 feldsher-midwife stations;
- 3 ambulance stations with 3 feldsher-midwife stations;
- the Sosny skilled nursing facility No 2 (25 beds).
